For instance, if you purchase a handbag advertised with dimensions of 9 x 12 x 6 inches (width x length x height) and receive one that measures between 11-13 inches long instead of exactly 12, this variance is considered normal. This difference is a natural part of the manufacturing process, which is why designers provide approximate measurements rather than exact figures.
